Individual apparel can be ordered by anyone at Baystate Health using a credit card. Purchase Orders (POs) are not accepted for individual apparel orders. Apparel items ship directly to your home address, please use your mailing address at check-out. Orders typically take 4-6 weeks for production, shipping, and delivery. 

 Apparel items have the option for customization with Baystate Health logo and embroidery. Please note, all customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
